Enterprise Crowdsourcing and Organizational Culture

Although enterprise crowdsourcing systems that aim to harness the collective intelligence of employees for innovation purposes are proliferating, little is known about how they may impact organisations and their culture. To shed light on this problem, paper conducts a case study investigate an engineering consultancy's efforts implement internal as part effort change culture organisation. Taking starting point in literature relationship between IT organisational crowdsourcing, underscores interplay information technology. The finds can contribute small changes organisation along several cultural determinants, including behaviours encourage innovation, communication knowledge sharing, employees' relationships, support mechanisms, strategy.
